Illunet Foundation

Systems change starts with who gets to participate.

We build inclusive economic systems so underserved communities can flourish — economically, socially, and with dignity.

Our Mission
To reimagine and build inclusive economic systems that enable underserved communities to flourish — economically, socially, and with dignity.
Theory of Change

The problem isn't people. It's the systems around them.

Exclusion is systemic, not individual. Lasting change means working at both levels at once — with the people navigating these systems, and on the systems themselves.

01 — WITH PEOPLE

Build capability

Direct work with individuals and communities.

  • Access to skills
  • Access to capital
  • Access to networks and support
+
02 — WITH SYSTEMS

Reshape structures

Work to identify and change what excludes.

  • Building evidence
  • Forging partnerships
  • Advocating for structural change
The Outcome

Flourishing, defined by agency

When people have the capability to act, and systems make room for them to act, communities flourish on their own terms. It looks different everywhere — but it always means people making meaningful choices about their own lives.

Illunet's role: accelerate the shift — through direct work that builds capability, and systems work that builds room for it to matter.
