About Us

A young foundation, built on an old idea: people already have what it takes.

What's usually missing is a system that makes room for them.

Illunet Foundation is a Bengaluru-based not-for-profit, started in early 2026 with the belief that underserved communities are not the problem to be fixed — the systems around them are.

Exclusion is systemic, not individual, and lasting change requires working at both levels simultaneously. So that's how we work: directly with individuals and communities, and on the structures around them, at the same time.

We're six months into that work. Small, deliberately — because the two-track approach we believe in takes time to get right, and we'd rather build it carefully than build it fast.

What We Believe

Exclusion is systemic, not individual. We work directly with individuals and communities to create access to skills, capital, networks, and support — so people are better equipped to participate in and shape the economic systems around them.
